The JLG 1850SJ Ultra Series Telescopic Boom Lift is designed for projects where maximum working height and productivity are essential. As one of the tallest self-propelled boom lifts available, it provides industry-leading reach, allowing operators to access previously difficult or impossible work areas while reducing the need for cranes or multiple access machines. The 1850SJ also features faster boom functions and axle deployment, enabling operators to spend more time working and less time positioning the machine.
Offering a maximum working height of 58.56 metres and a horizontal outreach of 24.38 metres, the 1850SJ is ideally suited to bridge construction, petrochemical facilities, power stations, aircraft maintenance, stadium construction, high-rise developments, and large infrastructure projects. Its telescoping JibPLUS® jib provides outstanding up-and-over capability with a huge working envelope, allowing precise positioning around structural steel, pipework, and complex building structures.
The dual-capacity platform enables operators to lift up to 450 kg in restricted operating zones or 230 kg in unrestricted mode, allowing additional personnel, tools, and materials to be carried safely. Full-time four-wheel drive, pivoting axles, three steering modes, and 40% gradeability ensure exceptional rough terrain performance.
