The JLG 1500SJ Ultra Series Telescopic Boom Lift is designed for applications where maximum height, reach, and lifting performance are essential. Built with JLG’s Ultra Series technology, the 1500SJ combines an exceptionally rigid boom structure with advanced hydraulic controls to provide fast, smooth operation at extreme working heights.
Offering an impressive maximum working height of 47.72 metres and up to 24.38 metres of horizontal outreach, the 1500SJ allows operators to safely access difficult work areas while minimising machine repositioning. Its telescopic boom is complemented by a telescoping JibPLUS® jib, providing exceptional up-and-over capability and precise platform positioning around structural steel, pipework, bridges, and other obstacles.
The dual-capacity platform enables operators to lift up to 450 kg in restricted operating zones or 230 kg in unrestricted mode, allowing more personnel, tools, and materials to be taken to height in a single lift. Full-time four-wheel drive, extendable axles, three steering modes, and 40% gradeability provide outstanding manoeuvrability across challenging terrain, making the 1500SJ an excellent choice for large-scale construction, petrochemical plants, power generation facilities, shipyards, and infrastructure projects.
