The AUSA D 301 AHG is a 3 tonne articulated swivel dumper designed for sites where access is tight and the ground is poor. It carries 3,000kg, measures 1.75m across and turns inside 3,955mm, so it works between plots and through gateways that stop larger machines.
The swivel skip turns to either side as well as forward, so material can be placed along a trench line or into a skip without swinging the whole machine round. On narrow plot roads, that is usually the difference between one clean pass and a three point turn.
An articulated and oscillating chassis keeps all four wheels loaded on rutted or cambered ground, and permanent 4×4 with hydrostatic transmission handles gradients up to 50%. There are no gears to change, which makes control smoother on repeated shuttle runs and easier for less experienced operators.
Power comes from a four cylinder Kubota V1505-E4B rated at 18.5kW and certified to Stage V, specified without a DPF so there is no regeneration cycle to manage. Daily checks are made at ground level under a single large engine cover.
