Do you need a licence to drive or operate a Cherry Picker?
You don’t need a regular driving licence to use a cherry picker on site — but you must be properly trained. All operators should complete MEWP training (like IPAF or NPORS) to work safely at height.
If you’re driving a truck-mounted cherry picker on public roads, make sure you have the appropriate driving licence for the vehicle.
