Fixed Price Service Plans

You can’t get better value than our fixed-price service plans. Routine servicing and maintenance will not only help keep your access platform reliable (and legally compliant under LOLER 98 and Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER)), it will give you an early warning of any potential problems that could result in unexpected, costly repairs and unnecessary downtime.

There are no hidden extras - pricing is inclusive of labour, travel time, mileage and any relevant consumables detailed in the service plan.

  • 2 x 6 monthly LOLER 98 Thorough Examination visits
  • 2 x 6 monthly services of equipment
  • Service includes all consumables (filters, oils, greases, battery top up)
  • Labour, travel & mileage – no hidden costs
  • Engineers inspection report
  • Estimate for remedial repairs from service and LOLER examination
  • Report of Thorough Examination (LOLER 98) for the contracted period

LOLER Testing - It’s the law!

“A thorough examination in accordance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER 98) should be carried out every six months by a competent person, and often more frequently if used in a hostile environment. Records must be kept of all thorough examinations and any defects found must be reported immediately to the responsible person.”

Thorough examinations should be conducted every:

  • 6 months (maximum) for lifting equipment and any associated accessories used to lift people
  • 6 months for all lifting accessories
  • 12 months for all other lifting equipment

We operate out-of-hours and weekend by prior arrangement.


IPAF Approved Training

Operator training is not only good practice, it’s a legal requirement. We offer a range of nationally recognised training courses designed to equip you and your team with the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely at height, reducing the risk of accidents and ensuring you conform to your legal obligations.

We can provide IPAF operator and manager/supervisor training for all types of access platforms and other lifting equipment through our experienced training partner. We also offer a range of associated health and safety courses including scaffold and mobile access tower training and work at height essentials.

You can attend courses at a dedicated training centre, or for your convenience we can arrange training days at your own facilities.
