Aldercote's Performance range of van mounts breaks new ground in terms of payload, outreach and lift capacity. Mounted on a 5.2t Iveco Daily chassis, the Aldercote VZ145P provides up to an incredible 1,500kg of spare payload and that's even after accounting for two occupants and a full tank of fuel!
The extra payload is made possible by Aldercote's lightweight steel boom combined with its unique turret and tripod pedestal configuration. The space this creates in the back of the van makes access to the hydraulics much easier.
The emergency lowering controls are also now installed internally, instead of on the roof, improving health and safety as well as productivity for service engineers and operators. Impressive features on the VZ145P include 250kg platform capacity, with automatic outreach optimisation based on the real-time platform load. Maximum working height is 14.3m while horizontal outreach is a superb 9.2m. Additional options include remote fault diagnosis and access control / monitoring via modem.
